We are two passionate beekeepers. We have chosen to install our hives near the family home, on sedentary sites, in order to be consistent with the values we defend: not practicing transhumance (which would disturb the bees), being close to our little protégés, harvesting local organic honey, limiting fuel consumption.
We choose a cold extracted honey and put it in a jar by ourselves. It is a raw nectar, of excellent quality, directly from the hive!
